Personal Injury Attorney Craig Swapp practices law in Utah, Washington, Idaho and Colorado. Craig is an active member of the Utah, Washington and Idaho Associations for Justice. He has served on the Board of Governors for the Utah Association for Justice and is actively involved with their legislative efforts. Craig is also a long time member of the American Association for Justice. Craig and his team of lawyers have been recognized by peer groups and community groups for their effective advocacy on behalf of their clients.
Craig organized Craig Swapp & Associates in 2005, and since then his law firm has helped over 25,000 clients. With offices in Sandy, Utah; Meridian, Idaho; and Spokane and Seattle, Washington, Craig has brought together a successful and experienced team of personal injury attorneys to handle car accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, bicycle accidents, public transportation accidents, pedestrian accidents, dog bite or other animal attacks, wrongful death, and other negligent injury cases.
Craig is the familiar face of Craig Swapp & Associates, appearing in the Firm’s “One Call, That’s All” advertising campaigns throughout Utah, Washington and Idaho. The firm’s advertising message is designed to help educate and provide an answer to those who have been injured in their quest to bring normalcy and healing back into their lives. The firm’s marketing efforts augments the many referrals the firm gets from prior and existing clients, medical providers, other attorneys and friends of the firm. Craig has proven over the years that he really cares about each client and will do whatever he and the firm can do to help.
Craig graduated from the University Of Utah School Of Accountancy in 1988 with a bachelor’s of science degree in accounting. After spending a short time in a large Public Accounting firm, Craig realized his talents and passions could be better used in the practice of law helping level the playing field for those being taken advantage of by big business or government. Craig graduated from the University of Utah College of Law in 1991 with a Juris Doctorate degree. While attending law school, Craig served as a senior editor for the Journal of Contemporary Law. Craig also enjoyed and succeeded at his trial advocacy and moot court competitions.
Craig is married to his college sweetheart Susan and they are the proud parents of four daughters and one son. Craig is an avid reader and loves to travel with his family. He is actively involved in his church in various capacities. Craig is also a supporter of Justice for All, a charitable group designed to provide legal services to those who can not afford to pay.
