An Excellent Attorney

Mr. Stavros has been our attorney for over a decade. We have found his services to be invaluable for our business and personal matters. From our experience, he has been extremely valuable for transactional law, negotiations, and dispute resolution in matters relating to health care and business. H...e has represented us with vigor and candor and we have always been able to count on him for a rapid response and well reasoned advice . Importantly, he has faced formidable opposing counsel from large firms and has valiantly advocated and returned fair and reasonable results for us. We have been fortunate to avoid litigation, and attribute this to his legal skill. For example, he has saved us great economic expense and has salvaged deals that were on the brink of collapse. Going forward, we anticipate using Mr. Stavros for years to come to help us navigate the legal environment. In summary, he is competent, talented, and astute in legal and corporate matters.

Long Term Engagement

When one thinks of a lawyer, most imagine the television kind. The Atticus Finches, the Perry Masons, the Jack McCoys. The fact is though that most litigation takes place over many months and through email, telephone and endless exchanges of documents. Andrew worked with me through two very difficult... litigation issues; both cases in which I sued the other party and then was countersued in return. Both were cases had an opposition with formidable resources and teams of lawyers. Andrew was always spot on with his advice and stayed the course with me through a difficult negotiation over many months. He was efficient with his time and resources and kept me informed every step of the way. Litigation is never fun but I always felt that Andrew gave me the right advice, at the right time. His integrity and open attitude belies a tough negotiator and a strong advocate and his efforts ultimately it paid off with a successfully negotiated settlement. I wanted Perry Mason but I got Andrew Stavros - and I'm glad for that. My case needed a lawyer with the skills and temperament to take on a long and complicated negotiation not beat the other team to a pulp (though I'm pretty sure Andrew would have done that if we had gone to court). I would recommend him unconditionally.

Great asset to our business

Andrew will do his best to represent you. He will give you great advice and insight as to the how and why of the laws. Those are crucial to making solid decisions. Mr. Stavros knows his limitations and is willing to bring on extra help and expertise when he knows it's for the good of the client. ... I've been working with Andrew for twelve years and he's an asset that we could always rely upon. I'm happy to recommend his work and ethics.

Excellent Attorney

Andy is a very experienced Attorney. He listened to me. He made research. He was very articulate. He evaluated my case and we discussed the pros and cons of my case and possible outcomes. During depositions with the opposing parties, he was in debt in his questions to uncover the facts of the matter.... The opposing parties realized that they were in trouble. They quickly asked for settlement. Andy rendered his professional advice on settlement. It was great working with him. I recommend Andy and his team. He is a friend and really cared about me and my family.

Horrible Experience

Working with Michele Anderson. at first this firm was okay. as we continued through out the process, everything changed i don't think Michele Anderson or Austin is as knowledgeable as i thought they were. i can not recommend this firm for any employment or contracts matters. my experience here wasn't... very good at all. they used a bullying tactic where they told me to Settle or we are gonna withdraw. i refused to settle and i was asking question about laws and what the statues are and they withdraw and left me hanging. also i want to note they are afraid of going to trials. most the evidence was in my favor and she was afraid to go trial, she mention majority cases we settle. also she cant find one of my evidence and she is very un-organized.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
