Over the past five years I have created 5 corporations, dissolved one corporation, registered several trademarks and created a trust and Bill has helped me with all but one. With regards to the one corporation I didn't not use Bill for, we hired a firm on the East Coast because my partners in the entity live there. The initial proposals for incorporation and trademark were close and my partners were making a big deal about it so we used their suggested firm. The articles and operating agreements were drafted accurately and on time but the cost was 1.5x the original proposed amount. What's worse, the trademark still is not settled and it has cost 7x more than agreed upon. Because of great experiences with Bill and the poor experiences with the other firms, I trust Bill implicitly with future legal endeavors.
