Did not execute my basic wishes cancelled appointments did not verify data no preparation for hearings sloppy briefs

This attorney was absolutely horrific. I did not receive updates on my case. he did not remember my name or the names of parties in my case. i was charged senior partner rates for secretary work .meetings were cancelled late in the evening. no facts were ever verified or checked for accuracy. nothing... i asked for was ever executed i was charged multiple times for the exact same line item. parties names appeared on my invoices that were not even related to my case. confidential information about other attorneys were given to me by office staff. they were late to meetings or cancelled. multiple office staff and entry level attorneys read my emails so i was charged multiple times for reading my emails but my questions were never answered as the secretaries would keep saying "i'm not a lawyer i don't know the answer" yet all emails went to them. after pleading to know and understand what factual data we needed for mediation i was told late the evening prior to bring what i thought was important. attorney indicated he would withdraw if i did not sign something he wanted me to sign .attorney told me about his personal relationship with parties in my case in an effort to persuade me to sign certain things and agree to certain things .data brought to the mediation after all my attempts to get the data current was old and outdated. i was never given copies of documents memos or any other communications relevant to my case. their invoices were not on time their phone system did not work. i was charged for billing questions. attorney took personal phone calls during my mediation and left early. attorney cancelled my meetings and also did not remember meetings. memos drafted had typos multiple misspellings incorrect dates incorrect party names. attorney went on a conference call with both opposing party and his counsel and did not notify me or invite me on this call. i only found out that the phone call even took place by a third party who was concerned because i was not on the phone call .my settlement offer was not communicated to opposing party .mediation was based up on financial data that they never verified or attempted to procure current data from opposing party. i would call attorney to verify parent time and holidays and attorney did not know basic answers to these questions. attorney told me personal information about attorney's health seemingly in an effort to get sympathy for how hard his life and job was .attorney told me confidential information about judges other attorneys and other parties in the case in an effort to persuade me to make certain decisions .all my emails went to a secretary i never had attorney's email. i was charged for him allegedly reading my email but my questions were never answered. in meetings i would print out said email and he said he had not seen it yet on my invoice i would be charged for him reading it so was charged 2x under this scenario, 1ce for him allegedly reading it even though emails are always sent to a secretary, and charged again when he read it out-loud in front of me during a meeting and the questions were still not answered because he literally sat there reading out-loud my emails so time was spent on his reading out-loud rather than on answers .attorney had communications with opposing party's counsel about my financial obligations and private financial matters governed by attorney / client privilege, attorney cancelled the first scheduled mediation late the evening prior with a known stellar mediator and i ended up with a retired mediator after an exceedingly long wait for a second attempted mediation from a different jurisdiction who admitted in mediation he was not "up on my county's case law" because he was from a different jurisdiction, attorney never filed for child support when i repeatedly inquired about this it was later noted by parties why did not my attorney ever file for child support after DOS?
