Parents who are drawn into family law matters rarely have positive experiences with, or opinions of, the lawyer representing the opposing side. In my dealings with Jonathan, I did always find him to be working in the best interest of my son. I appreciate that he did not try to cause any disruption or... ill will between me and my ex. He always respected the rights that my ex had in regards to phone contact and visitation. Jonathan was effective and courteous in his discussions with both me and my ex. He sought to find common ground between both parties, and that was appreciated by both sides. He dealt with difficult issues in an emotionally calm and measured way. I would recommend him as a lawyer who will focus on the best interests of the child, listen to all involved, and work to maintain respect between the opposing parties.

My EX husband hired this man. He fired him and told me of all the regrets he had. Jonathan is a family destroyer. If you want to rip everything precious to shreds in pursuit of money you will not gain, hire him. He is a bull in a china shop, destroying everything precious and sacred for a paych...eck. My EX husband was very aggressive at the beginning of the divorce, jonathan told him how to stage events to have mom removed from the home, and kids removed from mom and the home. Everything was put back together as we learned he is not a respected attorney but is very mean. He forever damaged my ex husbands relationship with me as far as co parenting goes. Living with regret. As the judge said "just because you CAN do something, doesnt mean you should"
