Francis Walter Chiaramonte

Unfortunately, I had a bad result with F. Chiaramonte, because he was unprepared going to court, used up all my retainer unnecessarily, then kept asking for more money, or else he'll withdraw, and worst of all, his communications was to purposely intimidate his own client, instead of using that towar...ds his opposing counsel. All this resulted in his firing by his firm. Chiaramonte was very nervous talking to the Judge, like he had never done it before, and he only started to prepare the hearing less than an hour before he is to get into court, and didn't know how to object or how to handle Legal Aid's bull dog approach that's why I lost my equal custody. I was never informed that I could've objected and request a hearing in front of a Judge to counter the Commissioner's recommendation. I do not at all recommend Chiaramonte. He admitted he had anger problems, and I told him why don't you use it to go against your opponent, instead of your own client? I couldn't believe it, he was attacking me and for no reason other that I wanted him to do his job properly. Needless to say, my outcome was very bad with him.
