Marcus C. Flinders

Flinders Bandy McDaniel is a great firm. I have used them for my business, estate, and tax planning issues for over a year now. They have setup several companies for me and have saved me over a hundred thousand dollars in taxes. Mr. McDaniel is responsive and diligent in all his work. His tax knowled...ge is superb. Mr. Flinders has negotiated several high-level deals for me. I have worked with many attorneys and CPAs. I gave them a chance to work on one project for me and they were so successful I have now moved all my projects and business needs to them. They have been professional and are extremely knowledgeable. It really helps that Mr. Flinders is a business leader by nature and not just an attorney.

Mr. Flinders and his firm are disorganized and the quality of the work is poor. The firm is small, the turnover is high and I don't even know what the proper name if the firm is. The website and most stationary indicate its Flinders Bandy but their is a press release in February '13 indicating anot...her partner (McDaniel) joined the firm and in some cases his name is used too. The quality of the communication is poor and every question has to be researched and looked up (shouldn't you know the answer to basic legal procedural questions?). Meet with them and see for yourself, I should have gone with my gut but I didn't and now I'm changing attorneys mid way through litigation.
