Jordan K Cameron

Jordan Cameron is an experienced litigator and business strategist. He focuses approximately 80 percent of his practice on a wide variety of commercial litigation matters including, contract enforcement/interpretation, copyright /trademark infringement (specifically counterfeiting), corporate matters, defamation, dissolution, employment disputes, fraud, and personal injury.  He also focuses approximately 20 percent of his practices on corporate organization, strategy and compliance. Notably, Mr. Cameron has pioneered compliance and litigation strategies in areas of Internet advertising/sales regulations and FTC advertising/sales compliance – including the federal CAN-SPAM Act, corresponding state laws, and the Truth in Advertising regulations.
