Brick G. Power has developed expertise in the areas of patent prosecution, the delivery of legal opinions regarding intellectual property rights and the crafting of agreements to transfer intellectual property rights. He has also received experience in many other aspects of intellectual property. His prior experience as corporate counsel, as well as an even earlier experience in a corporate laboratory environment, has provided him with an understanding of the real-world needs of his clients. His diverse practical and educational background has provided him with a strong basis for working with an array of technologies from software, electronics and mechanical devices to chemistry and physics. Mr. Power is a shareholder in Durham Jones & Pinegar's Lehi office.
