Rachael Whitaker began her legal journey at the University of Utah, earning a B.S. in Political Science, and continued at Arizona Summit Law School, where she graduated among the top ten percent of her class with Cum Laude honors and the prestigious Order of the Quill. In law school, she showcased exceptional analytical ability, earning a CALI Award in Workers’ Compensation, assisting students and faculty with legal research, and serving on the Dean’s research team. After relocating to Utah and passing the bar, she joined Allan & Easton in 2013 as a criminal defense and personal injury attorney. Over the past decade, Rachael has successfully litigated cases involving auto and motorcycle collisions and slip-and-falls, guiding clients through complex insurance claims. Her firsthand experience at the Second District Court of Utah and the Arizona Court of Appeals enriches her courtroom strategy, and her reputation for empathy and fierce advocacy ensures every client receives dedicated, personalized representation.
