Brian Paul Duncan

Brian Duncan handles a variety of family caes, including divorce. His practice ranges from complex divorce matters to simpler child support collection issues. Brian Duncan started his career as a prosecutor in Atlata, Georgia where he handled anything from simple misdemeanors up to capital offenses such as rape and murder. After going into private practice, Brian has continued to handle and sucessfully defend clients in several areas of criminal defense, including, major felonies, sex crimes, domestic violence, drug charges, DUI, white collar crimes, and more. Brian has literally handled over a thousand cases.
