Brian Hansen / Feller & Wendt. Brian does not work for his clients or keep their best interest in mind. He was more interested in closing the case even pitching the insurance company argument instead of getting a reasonable settlement. He gives very bad legal advice which included stop going to the... doctor. The firm seems to want to work cases with larger settlement amounts. He missed out on a maximum settlement payout because of bad legal advice, poor judgment and poor communication. Communication was awful spanning months including an incident where the insurance company informed me first and later that my cases had been dropped. I would not recommend working with him. There are much better attorneys out there that demonstrate more interest in their clients.
