It's his way or no way

I gave Teral this review because I believe I was handled in the most unprofessional way and as a victim in my case was victimized again by Mr. Tree. I will explain what lead me to mark each rating. I do not trust Teral at all. He failed to notify me that my case had been picked up at all ( I was told... it probably wouldn't be picked up for lack of substantial evidence then it was picked up anyway and no one bothered to tell me). after deciding to proceed with the case Mr. Tree didn't notify me, then after much research when I found him and tried to contact him with information regarding the case (I'm the victim) he gave me the brush off multiple times. He refused to listen to any of my account of what happened and came into the room only after I aggressively pursued contact with him. Then he proceeded to cut me off when I talked, not listen to any of my requests, and basically told me how it was going to be. I feel bullied and victimized by him and his approach. After having endured a traumatic event the last thing a victim needs is to be bullied by the people that are supposedly there to help her. I gave him a low rating for response because I had to work diligently and do hours of phone calls to find him without so much as a word or letter from his side. They had already charged the defendant, fingerprinted him and done a video meeting with him, and set up a date for hearing that I found out about the DAY BEFORE it happened and me finding it out did not come from Teral or any of his camp. Then after working hard to get into the court to try to be heard he gives me the brush off, pretends to listen but interrupts everything I'm saying to tell me aggressively how it is and treat me like I'm a dumb victim that knows nothing and he knows what's best so that's how it is. After he has said his piece he proceeds to tell me he is needed in court, further brushing me off after coming to no sort of agreement or listening to me and leaves me with a victims advocate who, although very nice, can do absolutely nothing for me. Knowledgeable. I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt and basing this off of other people's opinions. I am not a lawyer and therefore don't feel equipped to judge how knowledgeable he is. Other people say he knows his stuff pretty well and it seems if he has decided how he wants to handle something he will do his research and aggressively fight to see it come to fruition. I believe if he is in line with what you want he could be a great asset but he's a bit self righteous and tends to bulldoze people with how he thinks things should be. If you don't want to do what he is doing or don't agree with him I'm sorry because he is stubborn and won't listen to you. He'll also do anything he can to silence you if you don't agree with him or if he thinks your testimony will poke holes in his case. I think it's pretty obvious why I gave him a poor score in keeping me informed. I had to fight hard just to get what little information I have and had I not been persistent this would all be going on without me having a single clue and in a case where I am the victim that is not ok. I have the right to be heard.
