I thought I was screwed when I was arrested for DUI and refused to consent to a blood test. Even though I was sober and in my opinion the police had no probable cause, the officer managed to get a warrant, refused my request for a lawyer, and took my blood against my will. I never felt more abused an...d humiliated. The whole system seemed stacked against me. Logan not only got my DUI charge dismissed, he also got my license reinstated without penalties (after an appeal to the district court), which really seemed impossible. The morning after getting my DUI, I opened facebook just like I normally do, and BAM, Logan Collins' picture was grinning at me, with a caption asking if I've received a DUI. Of course it was an ad, I like to think of it as an omen. I've never been in such a predicament before, and was up all ...night fussing, worrying and wondering what to do next. So, I took the ad up on its invitation to give Mr. Collins a call, and potentially allow him to handle this chaos for me. That was one of the most valuable phone calls I've ever made. From that first phone call, right up until walking out of the courtroom today-I'm forever grateful. Mr. Collins exercises the perfect balance between professionalism and being very personable and warm. He made me feel at ease, and at the same time instilled confidence that he knew exactly what he was doing. He kept in close contact with me via text (that was at my request, because I rarely check my e-mail), and informed me of any new findings, possibilities, etc. every step of the way. We won my DMV hearing, therefore my license was NOT suspended. After 2 court appearances, I met his partner, whom was with me in court today. After a short discussion with the DA. Mr. Collins' partner exited the conference room, guided me to the courtroom, where en route, he informed me that my DUI was being DISMISSED!!!
