Im in the beginning stages of a false D.U.I. charge where a disgrunteld driver that was driving like a jerk utah driver speeding up so you cant pass and slowing down etc. I had finally passed him on my way from Mantua to Logan. I had my cruise control set @ 64 mph because of the speed traps they hav...e along that route to logan. And he called the highway patrol and said i was a drunk driver which ended up being completely false blowing a zero and passing all the tests that Johnathan the highway patrolman who saw me pull into my fiance's apartment complex. And there were 40-60 people watching and i have at least a dozen people who watched it say that i didnt seem to be impaired at all. I went with him because he used to be a Highway patrolman and knew all the policies and laws and if he did anything incorrect. I was able to get out sunday morning it occurred saturday night. And at the hearing where to see if i could keep mu license or not most of the time its taken away 6 months to up to 3 yrs and the highway patrolman didnt show up and so i was able to keep my license. I have terrible anxiety and i hoped to be able to get this dropped which hes working hard on doing. I recommend him 100% for his knowledge as being a highway patrolman, so he knows what technicalities i can get off on cause i blew a zero. And wasnt impaired. Go with Counselor O'Connor you can't go wrong.
