Hired Mr. Anderson to help with an insurance claim. I did all of the work except for actual filing. Months of gathering information, compiling and presenting to Mr. Anderson. Accepted a settlement, although I felt it was much lower than expected, but was told this was the best we could hope for. Now ...it is four months after accepting the settlement; no word, no contact, cannot reach him by telephone or email and no money!!!

Didnt do anything for my case and took my paper work and never has returned it called his office for over a year to get it he never did get it to me skipped out of cda and never let anyone here know he moved to st.maries called all over town trying to find him so stupid hiding from something the peo...ple in his office couldnt even help me never use this person and he was paid for nothing

Got there for my appointment, had to wait over a half hour while he was in with a couple, laughing, etc. Went through everything regarding case. Paid, then was told that filing on my case wouldn't happen until my cc payment was in their account, even though they ran the credit card and it was approve...d. Then my copies of the paperwork has so many errors on it i had to call back and have them fix them. They are so short staffed can't believe anything gets done on time. Clayton never returns phone calls. But I'm stuck...so now I have to keep on top of everything that I'm paying him to do.

Mr. Andersen repeatedly showed up in court for my case not prepared for hearing, had to leave the hearing in the middle of it "for another hearing" and basically did not keep me informed as to what was going on with my case. We ultimately lost, I believe, in large part because he did not actively par...ticipate in the case.
