My entire episode was handled with tact and ease. Mr. Whitehead handled all phases of the suit without putting excess pressure or strain on me. The insurance company declined every offer and was low balling every part of the suit. I would not have sued if they had not nickeled and dimed my auto loss.... But I settled the auto loss for thousands under the actual loss. That's when I hired Mr. Whitehead for the damages part. He did an excellent job of getting my medical and disability portion of the suit resolved. While I am still suffering from the accident I have additional monies to continue therapy.
