Jason Scott Wing

I’m a business attorney with business experience.  In addition to helping numerous clients form businesses and navigate the day-to-day issues presented by a fast-paced and often highly regulated business environment, I have first-hand experience conceiving, funding, launching, managing and growing a highly regulated business.  Informed by this entrepreneurial experience, my practice focuses on business matters ranging from formation to sale, and everything in between, which necessarily includes management and governance questions, employment issues, real property and landlord-tenant matters, business contracts, and business related litigation.  I also have experience navigating state and federal compliance requirements related to the production, packaging and sale of alcohol, with state and local administrative disputes ranging from land use matters before the Board of Commissioners to professional license matters before the Bureau of Occupational Licensing, and with creditor’s rights and their judicial and non-judicial foreclosure of real property.
