Highest Honors

Words cannot begin to describe my experience using Mr. Nass' services for my Child Custody case. I give him the highest possible recommendation to anyone considering hiring a family law Attorney, Mr. Nass has a way with explaining things in a simple and understandable nature which was important to ...me as I was fighting for full custody of my son and did not have room for errors. He made things very simple for me, respectfully bringing me back to the things that mattered and nothing more in my case. Having complete honesty & transparency in my case was not something I had expected. Mr. Nass is extremely logical & rational and never once made me feel as if I did not have a handle on where my case was going. He put my mind at ease and gave me confidence in myself which made all the difference in the world for me. He was patient with my questions and was always thorough and prompt in answering them. His innate ability to know what I needed and when speaks volumes to his level of expertise and experience in family litigation. One would get the feeling that Mr. Nass takes his career very seriously and that he takes pride and ownership in the way he conducts his business. I would use Mr. Nass again without question should I ever need too in the future, my only wish is that he was available in other areas of law because if he was I would use him exclusively for all of my legal affairs.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
