About Marcus
Biography
Marcus began his legal career in private practice in Boise, specializing in civil litigation involving business and contractual disputes, intellectual property prosecution, and construction matters. Prior to entering private practice, he served as an extern law clerk for the Honorable B. Lynn Winmill in the District Court of Idaho. Mr. Johnson continues to practice general civil litigation, including business disputes and construction defect. Since joining Ramsden, Marfice, Ealy & Harris, he has also added real estate to his areas of practice, including land use and real estate development.
When he is not at the office, Marcus can typically be found spending time with family and friends on Lake Coeur d’Alene, golfing, or skiing.
