My practice focuses on civil litigation, including representing healthcare providers against claims of medical negligence, clients in business and tort litigation, landlord tenant issues, and professional licensure defense. I previously represented clients in all phases of criminal defense matters, child protection and juvenile corrections act proceedings, and mental commitment proceedings. I also worked for the Utah Attorney General's Office Child Protection Division, which represents Utah's Division of Child and Family Services in child abuse, neglect and dependency matters.
I am a member of the Idaho Association of Defense Counsel and the First District Bar Association in Idaho.
