David Wayne Lohman

David Lohman is our favorite lawyer EVER. He truly cares about the work he does and was there for us every step of the way in the adoption of our wonderful child. Every time we visited with him, he devoted all his attention and resources to fit our needs and desires. The best part was his communicati...on, he replies promptly to emails and phone calls or called us back right away. He kept us informed of what was going on with adoption, sent us emails and copies of everything that he filed with the courts, throughout the entire process! David is someone you can feel like you can trust and talk about anything. He is kind and understanding, and I don’t know what we would have done without him. We highly recommend him to anyone going through an adoption journey. With his superb communication, integrity, objectivity and professional knowledge of his work: he is the best person to help you. If there is anything, we need a lawyer for in the future we are going to contact David indefinitely. He is truly remarkable at what he does.

A couple weeks ago I contacted David Lohman regarding some issues in regard to my husband's mother's estate. I initially contacted Idaho Legal Aid and was given his name and phone number along with three other local attorneys. I spoke with David for 35 minutes about estate legal issues and I was v...ery impressed with his intelligence, patience, empathy and advice. David was the only attorney I was able to speak to of the four that were referred to me by Idaho Legal Aid. In fact, I never spoke to any of the other three attorneys because I didn't make it past the receptionists or legal secretaries/assistants. I was shocked when David answered his own phone after only two rings. He answered every question I had and gave me sound legal advice that worked. In addition there was no charge for our 35 minute phone conversation. In addition to being very knowledgeable, David was a pleasure to speak with and we actually had a few laughs. If the legal situation my husband was facing had not been resolved by David's advice, we would have hired him in a heartbeat. Thank you David for your help, you truly were a godsend and my husband and I appreciated your pro bono assistance.

I looked David up because a friend needed a family law lawyer, and found that he had a well-deserved 5 star rating here. I hired him back when he was still doing criminal defence. I've never seen anyone who is better at what they do. It was amazing to watch him work. Yet I could even afford to hi...re him at the time when I didn't have a whole lot of money. A good lawyer AND a good person! The English language doesn't have the words for me to describe how awesome he is.

David was a great Probate lawyer when I was dealing with my mom's estate. He explained everything step by step and was there to answer any questions that I had.
