Biography
Justin’s legal practice primarily focuses on commercial litigation, real estate, business law, personal injury, family law, and criminal defense. Justin is admitted to practice within all courts of the State of Idaho.
Education
Justin received his Juris Doctorate from Concordia University School of Law in 2016. While attending law school in the evenings, Justin worked for the Idaho Department of Corrections serving as a Felony Probation/Parole Officer. In that capacity, Justin supervised a General caseload and participants of Ada County’s Veterans Treatment Court.
Service
Justin was a soldier in the United States Army from 2004 – 2012. Justin served two tours in Iraq as a combat engineer searching for and eliminating improvised explosive devises to ensure safety and mobility for all coalition forces as well as the civilian population. Justin received numerous honors and awards for his service. Justin continuously gives back to the Veteran Community by serving as the Co-Chairman of the Idaho Military Legal Alliance. He continues to serve in the IMLA wills clinic alongside Concordia University School of Law.
