Attorney not recommended

My daughter and I were in an auto accident in 2010 and retained bryan scott storer to help us defend our case in court. To make a long story short, we both (my daughter and I) just filed bankruptcy due to our auto accident court case bryan was representing us in was closed without our knowledge and w...e were not even notified by bryan that our case had been thrown out. There were multiple court dates we were not notified of (which my daughter and I were supposed to be present) that were scheduled over the last year and a half that bryan did not attend and did not notify us that we were to attend. Please do not hire this attorney and take a chance like we did. Thank you Avvo for letting us review this attorney.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?

  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline
