Erik J. O'Daniel

When I say Erik O'Daniel, "is the best attorney," I say this humbly. I have had several attorneys in my life, but bar none, he is the best. He WILL fight and he WILL fight hard in your defense. Let me start off by saying Erik is prompt, professional, patient and very knowledgeable. I started my legal adventure with Erik last June when I received a DUI. This was my first and I was very concerned with what was to come. I got in contact with Erik and quickly started asking every questio...n imaginable over many, many phone calls. We soon went on to the ALS hearing (DMV case). Erik was able to find a flaw in the paper work filed; which lead to a victory. My license was not suspended for the first 30 days. We then looked at the Discovery. Erik quickly found the breathalyzer had been expired by some time. Next came the the decision to take the case to trial. I was advised by Erik to do so. We then were told at our pretrial date, the court had found the expired breathalyzer. They had used an expert to prove the data was in fact true. This was no big deal we had talked about this probable outcome, but we had to try. Skipping ahead to sentencing, Erik came fully prepared and defended me in a very calm and professional manor. He asked the judge for many favors, in which many were granted. I was only given six months of probation, I also was given a limited driving permit, and was granted a withheld judgement. I also received 16hrs of alcohol classes and 2 days community service. I feel like my sentencing was very lite considering the circumstances. Erik is a fantastic lawyer and I would have him go to bat for me in any situation. He dealt with my endless phone calls, and questions very patiently. He kept in constant contact, emailing me every step of the way. Thanks a lot Erik!
