Jeffrey Kaufman worked very hard and with unquestionable ethics to ensure the best outcome of my messy chapter 13 case. His guidance and advocacy allowed me to complete my 5 year plan a full two years early while still paying 100% of allowed unsecured claims. My case had elements of divorce, fo...reclosure, tax arrears, chapter 7 conversion, and a seemingly adversarial trustee. It's the last area where Mr. Kaufman truly went the extra mile for me. He and his team researched and successfully argued against at least two actions brought by the trustee that would have prevented me from completing my plan. In spite of the complex case, I always felt well informed by Mr. Kaufman. He clearly explained the legal and strategic issues of my case in a timely and personal manner at every step. I could type all day about this man . I will keep it simple i would trust this man with my life . We had some ups and downs and he stuck by me all the way . Jeffery and his team did an amazing job and put the wicked witch i was married to in her place . I'm a hands on kinda guy but after it was all s...aid and done i could have relaxed more knowing he was on top it . We had a very tough case to deal with and it nearly broke my spirit at times .
