I had almost given up finding a decent, honest attorney, and I was starting to believe the stereotypes that all lawyers are selfish liars. I was ready to give up on the whole system. Then I met Josh Townsend. Josh defies those stereotypes. Not only did he do the job I paid him to do, but he did i...t on my terms. When I needed something done, Josh got it done. When I needed legal advice, Josh gave it to me, and without any candy-coating things. Before he proceeded with anything new, he would always run it by me first. For the first time, I felt like my attorney was working for me. I would and do recommend him to anyone needing legal services.

I hired Joshua Townsend for my divorce and he was the worst choice I could have ever picked. He filled me full of BS the hole time before trial and when it came to trial he backed out of everything he states " well we don't really have a way to win this so you need to settle to these obscene amounts ...of assets and alimony ( which he clearly stated they would have no chance of alimony... Lies) . he took my money a hole year and in the end I lost more than I had and have to go back to trial with a another lawyer to fight for my rights that should have been defended in the first place... Definitely avoid
