First time going through a custody revision. Greg and his team answered our many emails in a timely manner and explained and supported us the entire way. He was honest and forth coming with the issues needing to be addressed and his expertise lead us in the right direction so that we could eventually... win our case. I got further in 2 months with Greg and his team, than I had in 5 years of fighting to get my boys back. To say that they literally saved my life would be putting it mildly. I had an extremely complicated, nasty, messy situation between my children's guardian and myself that was never resolved until ...I found this team. Before Greg took on my case, there was an ungodly amount of technical mishaps and being thrown around in the court system like a rag doll, that it ultimately led to my children and myself separated under unjust reasoning's. It cost me time with my children which is something that no one or thing will ever be able to replace. For 5 years I have lived this nightmare. Until about 2 months ago. We ended up winning. For the first time in 5 years I got to have my children come back home with me with zero influence of the previous guardian or influence of the courts. Before this order I had ZERO rights to any aspect of my children's lives including schooling, medical, or visitation unless ok'd by the previous guardian. We were able to prove alienation along with other discrepancies, and was granted to have rights over my boy's again. Greg showed a genuine interest to help rectify the situation. He was more than understanding, kind, and real about the sensitivity to what was going on personally and professionally. I genuinely loved our conversations as it felt like it wasn't just business, it was also conversing with just one human being to another. He is clear and concise in relaying the information you need while being able to elaborate the court jargon without making you feel like an idiot. They itemize everything they do so there is no confusion, unnecessary hidden fees, or misunderstandings on where you stand with them. The presentation of exhibits were concise and well put together. Communication was excellent as Caroline and the receptionists were all equally wonderful as they made sure any and all information I needed to get through to Greg or the courts directly, got to where it needed to in a effective and timely manor. Everyone was friendly, supportive, understanding and caring through this whole ordeal. This is something I have ever experienced with a law firm and I'm sure who ever is reading this can attest to this exact statement. I hired Greg for a child custody case, and from the moment we talked he made me feel completely at ease. He was prompt, polite, professional, and real. He was very clear about telling me what would happen, and what all the potential outcomes could be. Hardee was the worst attorney! He did nothing for my case, but waste my time & take money. He had no good ideas, would ramble on about nothing, forget important facts & was completely useless. He was terrible!!! I am organized & would set up meetings & I could not get anywhere with this guy. I wa...s disgusted at his lack on knowledge & the results of my case. I lost a lot of money. Seriously find someone, anyone else.
