Beware

Will drop your case less than 2 weeks before the hearing even with a good case and multiple dr's notes stating inability to work. Waisted 2 years on this pos. He sent a letter stating that he was too busy to attend with no remorse leaving us to try and get another attorney last minute. The offic...e would not return my calls or provide any further information. Do not waste your time, or you may have to reschedule your hearing and wait even longer! I think the only positive review was from his self.

Poor Quality

Tl;dr (Too long;didn't read) - Lawyer dropped me day before the case because he didn't think he could win. First experiences were great. Samantha of their offices was kind and took all my available information, told me to sign medical release forms, and that I would likely get denied by SSA at fi...rst and not to worry. They said they would collect my records from my doctors and get back to me. Like they said, I got denied and they appealed to court. At that time, I knew my case didn't hold much direct evidence to it, but I hired Mr. Whipple to fight for me. There were no clear signs of an issue in my back, but there were evidences pointing to a case, and I was told as much by Samantha. Now I knew my lawyer would fight for me, but I had my doubts about winning myself. Because of that, I asked if they would like for me to get affidavits from people who have experienced me through the years with this disability and who have noticed in recent years how it has gotten worse. Samantha said she wasn't sure if that would help much, so I didn't think much of it. A year later, my court case was approaching with little to no calls from them showing they were working on my case. Two weeks before the court case, they called me stating that they hadn't obtained some records because it would cost money. They then asked me, the disabled person, if I could go get them. I had little choice in the matter since they didn't want to pay the fee, and at that time also, I was told that they had forgotten to tell me that I most definitely needed some affidavits. So here a whole year had passed and from what I could see, they were just looking at it for the first time and realizing they didn't have what they needed. So I went about getting the records for them despite my pain. Two business days before my court case, Samantha called me saying that she heard from Michael that he wasn't sure that he could win my court case. I stated that there was evidence there of something wrong with me, just not a direct correlation in blaring sirens that showed it, but that I was sure he could fight and win the case. Samantha said she would have him call me back that day after he reviewed the case file again. This was on a Thursday. The day passed on and no phone call. Friday came and went, no phone call. Monday, the day before my court case, Samantha called me and said she had been trying to reach me (despite my phone being fully charged and with full bars the whole time) and told me that Michael decided to drop me as a client because he didn't think he could win. So here I am, the day before my court case, with no evidence on me in person (because I gave it to them) and they stated they would deliver all they had to me by messenger at 2pm for my case the next day. They never showed up. It rolled around to 4:45 and I had to frantically figure out some house they were operating out of (likely Michael's) and once again, go there myself. Thank God I had my car. My problem with their quality is this: If your case is not looking golden to Mr. Whipple, he will drop you. That is unjust; especially to do so the day before my court case. Even if Samantha had called me on Thursday or Friday, 2-3 business days before my court case as she said she tried to, it still is an unjust amount of time to drop me as a client. He never once met with me, and only talked with me on the phone briefly when I had called to ask about a letter I received from SSA. I could see this course of action if I was unruly with them or negative, but I wasn't. I was a positive client, full of hope right until the end when they carelessly dropped me. Don't waste your time with this lawyer. This is my opinion based on what I've seen and experienced.
