Joseph Michael Harrington

Joe (“JoJo”) Harrington is a lifelong Boise, Idaho resident and the founding attorney of Harrington Law, PLLC. Joe brings a blue-collar, hard-working approach to litigation which has helped him achieve great success in safeguarding his clients’ interests and securing favorable results. Coming from an athletic background, Joe is highly competitive and cares passionately about achieving his client’s goals. Joe’s style to litigation is to be respectful to all, but back down to no one. Joe places his client’s interests above everything else, and is willing to argue their positions. Joe understands that family law litigation is often an emotional and expensive process, and he is driven to guide his clients through it with clarity, strength, and determination. 

Joe’s devotion to family law and his passion for helping people through life's most difficult challenges has established him as a trusted advocate in Boise and beyond. Joe works early mornings, late nights, and weekends when needed to ensure his clients are supported at every step of the process. His dedication and performance are reflected in the fact that he became a licensed attorney at only 25 years old

Before founding Harrington Law, Joe practiced with well-respected Boise firms where he gained broad experience in all aspects of family law. He is known as a strong litigator who fights when necessary, while also being a practical negotiator who works toward amicable resolutions when it is in his client's best interest.

Joe works alongside his wife and paralegal, Devory Harrington, to provide team-based, client-centered approach. Together, they founded Harrington Law with the mission of offering transparent, compassionate, and effective representation for Idaho families.
