My wife and I hired Michael to facilitate the adoption of our grand-daughter. A few years prior, we had a different lawyer help us establish guardianship of her and we were not at all pleased with that lawyer so, needless to say, we were skeptical of lawyers prior to meeting with Michael. In our fi...rst meeting, Michael told us what to expect in this process from beginning to end and stated his fee up front and advised us to expect a few other court costs as well. Everything he said on day one is pretty much how the entire process unfolded. No unexpected charges or unexpected hoops to jump through. A lot had to be done to accomplish the adoption, but none of it was unexpected. Also, Michael was very patient with us, answered phone calls or returned them promptly and always answered emails promptly. For our needs and expectations, Michael was and will be a great asset. We plan on using him again early next year for some estate planning. Highly recommended.
