Biography
I handle virtually every type of criminal matter in both state and federal courts throughout Idaho and the Pacific Northwest. I have experience handling white-collar cases including wire fraud, tax fraud, theft from health care benefit plans and other business related crimes. I also handle cases involving allegations of murder, sexual assault and drug trafficking. Similarly, I represent individuals charged with a broad range of misdemeanor crimes including battery, driving under the influence (DUI) and wildlife crimes. I have successfully defended individuals in complex criminal matters during investigation, trial and appeal. I have vast experience in criminal appeals and post-conviction litigation. Perhaps more than anything, I take great pride in the numerous matters where I have helped clients avoid criminal charges altogether.
