HEIDI represented me on a case but the state had no business attempting to pursue in the first place, the states attorney even took the liberty to have me. He arrested while I was waiting for a final determination from Idaho state police. Heidi was extremely thorough in her response, she doubt it all... of the tears in Christ of the eyes and for one of the first times that I have ever seen in court she actually directed the judge and how he should rule based on caselaw and inevitably got my case dismissed. It was impressive to see the level of follow-through she had, and she even took the liberties to highlight the legal recitals for the judge so that he had them directly in front of him during court.
