Geoff Goss is professionally updated my will making it easy for me to address issues surrounding death.

I came to Goss Gustavel Goss with the task of updating my will. A will is something that people avoid because it is mentally challenging to think about. Geoff Goss provided me with professional guidelines on all the legal items that needed to be addressed. Geoff has personally and professionally t...aken care of all of the legal items that needed to be completed. Without a family, he expressed how important it was to have my health care directives legally in place. Sadly, after that, I had a life-threatening accident, and Geoff came to the hospital to personally check on me. During the nine days in the hospital, I was able to focus on my health, knowing my legal concerns were professionally handled by Goss Gustavel Goss

A great lawyer

He handled my divorce for me and was super fair and competent. Much more so than the lawyer my ex wife hired. He's always available with fair, honest advise on various legal matters too.

To Geoff Goss or Not To Geoff Goss

Are you looking for a lawyer who will listen to you, support you, and advise you to the best of their ability while keeping your wants and needs in mind? Then Geoff Goss is NOT the lawyer for you. After going through a very traumatic end to my marriage, I was desperate to find a lawyer who could advi...se me and navigate me through the very difficult process of getting a divorce. I had many questions and concerns, most of which went unanswered and most of which he never covered in the final proceedings anyway. Often times when speaking with Geoff, I would have to remind him of things (details, questions, concerns, etc.) which would most likely be forgotten by the following time we talked. Not to mention, when we had the final meeting with both mine and my exes lawyers, Geoff advised me to be 15 minutes early so we could go over everything prior to the meeting and then he himself did not show up until the meeting was scheduled to start (with a Starbucks coffee in hand). Obviously going into this situation, I did not know what I was doing or what to expect and ultimately wanted someone who could counsel me on realistic goals while keeping my best interest in mind. I did not feel like I got any support from Geoff; at one point, I even told him I wanted to discontinue his services so I could try to find a better lawyer (even though I would be out the money I had already paid for his services) and he urged me to stay with him and promised that he would do better moving forward (obviously that wasn't the case). Geoff did not help me to understand what I was entitled to in the divorce (which I did not get, thanks to him) and was not supportive throughout the process. I would absolutely never recommend Geoff Goss to anyone. Period.
