I called the police to resolve a domestic disturbance matter and 4 months later received summons for charges relating to the incident. He was engaged and thoughtful about his work, not just going through the motions. It was very reassuring when he told me how he excited he was about the arguments he had prepared for my trial. The case was ultimately dismissed by motion of the prosecutor, and I believe that David's work had a great deal of influence on that.
