Natalie was highly recommended to me. I was impressed with her quick response to my e-mail by calling me shortly after receiving my e-mil. I was petitioning for guardianship of grandchildren. She was straight forward with her answers from the start. Through the entire process, she kept me in the loop... and helped me to understand what we were up against. I never felt like I was "just another case" to her. She showed genuine concern for me as a human being, not just as her client. If there was legal terms I didn't understand, she explained it so I could understand it. She worked hard on my case and was looking to find true resolution for the situation, rather than just winning the case. She was able to be honest with me, when the case took a different turn than what we hoped for, but was still concerned about me as an individual and not just as her client. . She was willing to go to court to fight for my case if that is what I wanted to do. She was honest with me by letting me know how things could possibly go if we went to court. With her persistence and knowledge of the law we were able to come to an agreement with the other party without going to trial. I would hire her again if I ever have the need for a family lawyer in Boise.

Natalie went above and beyond in my case. She was able to focus the case to exactly the legal issues at hand while not allowing the opposing side to distract the judge from her agenda. We went from a case that did not have much prior litigation, to winning a rock solid judgement that was pretty much ...impossible to appeal. This was due to Natalie’s on point knowledge of the rules and deadlines when working in a family case as well as her passion to helping others build better families. I could not have been more pleased.
