Absolute worst attorney for probate and estate matters. I am on the receiving end as a beneficiary that this attorney has been handling for the estate representative. Because of this attorney's incompetency and poor advice to the estate representative, I have had to hire an attorney to make sure the... estate is properly administered. Although the estate had $30000 in known creditors, he failed to properly notify creditors, leaving the beneficiaries (me and my sister) exposed and subject to later liability and lawsuits. He also prematurely transferred property out of the estate. His incompetent, unprofessional handling of this matter has included complete disregard for the judicial system by failing to follow standard protocol and judicial procedures under Idaho laws, things he should clearly be aware of as a practicing attorney in estate planning matters. Being in the legal field myself in another state, I am shocked at how a practicing attorney can be so incompetent and irresponsible in handling what should have been a very simple matter.
