During an incredibly difficult time she was a breath of fresh air. She treats all of her clients with so much respect, I can not thank her enough for the way she made feel supported through this entire ordeal. Just wanted to drop by and leave a review, I never do this, on anything but with the situation I was in, and the help I received I could not pass this up, due to my lock of awareness i ended up in a situation that potentially could have hurt my career, with my commercial drivers licsense. Olivia invi...ted me for a consultation, she laid out everything to the detail of potential outcomes, she was on top of everything that we were dealing with. And even after all the court and hearings, the results were even better than she proposed. She went above and beyond and took my case serious, not just brushing it off. It wasnt the most sever case but she treated it as if it was her only one. I’m truly satisfied beyond satisfied, and if you have had trouble with attorneys in the past give her a chance to change that for you. 5 stars all the way.

My name is Matt and I am here to tell everyone what an amazing attorney and human being Olivia is. Although my four months in jail was the toughest time of my life, she would always be there for me when I called. When things were looking pretty dark for me while in there, she would step away from her... attorney role and genuinely listen to what I had to say and be able to turn my mood around over the phone. She was even making attorney visits at 11 PM at night just go to get me the court paperwork I asked for. No dollar amount buys what she offers! But now let's get back to what everyone truly cares about in this review. I'll start off by saying that I was looking at just under 2 years in jail hanging over my head and had just been charged with my third probation violation in three years. And it didn't end there; I was also violated out in Canyon Co as well and was looking an additional 180 days. So all together I was looking at 2 1/2 years in county jail for both probation violations. But through her amazing expertise and tactics, we were able to get a MUCH SHORTER sentence of 180 days in Ada County; which in this case was like winning the lottery. She was also able to get the judge to make me "early release eligible" upon completions of two drug classes you can take in jail. Now there was just one more hurtle to get over; and that was the additional 180 days I was looking at on my Canyon County violation. But of course my attorney had it all taken care of before we even went to court. She was able to convince the prosecution and judge to run both of my sentences concurrently which means that 180 days was the most time I was going to spend in jail. And when I got out after completing my sentence I would be COMPLETELY OFF probation. Just another amazing gift Olivia was able to give me. As I explained earlier, Mrs Polyakov was able to get me into classes that made me early release eligible; and I of course took them and graduated. And she was very persistent to the courts when they weren't replying to our motion for early release. Things were moving very slowly because of all the covid 19 restrictions and protocols in the jail and the court house. It was at this point where I finally realized that I couldn't do anything to make the process move any faster so I put ALL MY FAITH in my attorney. And boy did she come through; because of her professional and top notch skills as a lawyer, she was able to get me out of jail on day 122. She got me back to my family. She got me back to my 17 month old baby boy. She got me out in time to celebrate the holidays with all of my precious family. She never gave up and never backed down when we were faced with many trials and tribulations. I couldn't have asked for a better experience under the circumstances that I put myself in by my poor choices. I owe you so much Olivia and I'll thank you again right here. I thank you and my family thanks you for never giving up or giving in. Although I thoroughly enjoyed working with you this past 9 months, I hope to never had to do it again haha!! So the biggest thing many will take away from this review is what was my sentence; what was I looking at and what did I get. So I'll break in down into days. -----What we were looking at----- Ada County: 3rd PV with 700 days hanging over my head Canyon County: PV with 180 days hanging over my head I was looking at 880 days in county jail -----What we got----- Sentenced to 180 days in which both counties ran the jail time concurrently. And she also got me the possibility to get out early with completion of the drug classes. AND I would finally be off probation upon being released. I was out in 122 days!!!! Doesn't get any simpler then that ladies and gentlemen. If there was a 6th star, I would give it to Olivia. She's Superwoman and will fight harder than any other attorney out there for you. God bless!
