Michael A. Hall

Michael A. Hall is an attorney in the law firm of the Idaho Business Law Group, PLLC.  His practice emphasizes real estate law, business law, collections, and bankruptcy law, with a focus on small and medium sized businesses.  He has work for over ten years in public accounting with PricewaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte, where he focused in the areas of corporate and pass-through entity taxation.  Mr. Hall is also a CPA.  Prior to joining the Idaho Business Law Group, he worked for five years in-house with a commercial real estate developer, where he worked real estate and business law.  Mr. Hall is a member of the Idaho State Bar (Real Property Section and the Commercial law and Bankruptcy Sections).  He earned his B.A. in Accounting from Brigham Young University, and his J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law.
