Eric Frank Baldwin

Eric Baldwin showed up to the contempt/custody hearing completely unprepared, not knowing dates, times and other important details. He claimed he knew family law and was competent, instead showed up to the hearing without evidence to prove contempt and also didn’t know how to admit documents into evi...dence. He was told by the judge multiple times what he needed to do to enter exhibits into evidence and ultimately his negligence put my kids and myself in a worse situation than I was before I hired him. He took no responsibility for his failures and misled me about the judge’s ruling. I had to hire other counsel to find out what exactly happened because Baldwin wasn’t being honest about the proceedings. Obviously, I would never recommend this guy.
