Great attorney, horrible office staff

David Phillips is an excellent attorney. But this review has more to do with the office staff. I found that the office staff is very unprofessional. In the past I dealt with Pam who was there circa 2008 and she was awesome! Now there's a guy there named Kirin or Keiran who is a joke. I contacted the... office regarding my case years ago on December 5. He took my information and told me he would look at my information and contact me than a few days. December 12 I did not hear anything so I contacted the office again. He told me he did not have time for the information I requested and to give him an additional week. I thought, okay I'll give it another week. This time on December 19 I decided to go down to the office and speak to him in person. Keiran once again said, "sorry, I did not have time." I was angry! I needed this information to get my medical license in another state and this whole time I'm waiting on him to get the information that I needed. Then, when I'm down there he finally tells me that I could've got the information at the courthouse. Why did he tell me that when I first called on December 5? When I called on December 5 and December 12 I asked him is there another way I can get the information such as at the courthouse. He responded with "give me another week I'll get it." I'm all for hiring people disabilities but he was very rude and lied. All the while I'm waiting to get this for information so I can get licensed in another state that is waiting on this info! Be warned when dealing with the office staff!
