I hired this attorney ( Brian Webb) after he agreed to do my case on contingency. Well it took 6 months after our initial agreement to get him to get back to me after multiple calls, drop-Ins and emails. Then I spent the next six months dealing only with paralegals Ken and Katie. Katie is the glue th...at holds BWL together. Lastly, I was passed to newly hired attorney Josh Leonard. Josh made a few serious mistakes which caused a unnecessary hearing. Then after they withdrew from the case (answered prayer) they had their hand out. Going back on the original agreement thinking I didn’t have the right paperwork. If they didn’t want to do the work on contingency say it from the get-go. I don’t think they should’ve agreed to it on contingency then do a half ass job. Only working on the case when opposing counsel sent something across.

I went to BW to help handle my divorce. They were knowledgeable about the process but they made multiple mistakes in the filings. They then charged me to fix the mistakes. They also then charged me for inquiring why they charged me for their mistakes. Towards the end, they made it clear my case was n...ot worth their time or attention but they were happy to charge me for it.

I have been very pleased with the service I've received from Brian Web Legal offices. I was rear ended in a car accident and suffered back and neck injuries. They took on my litigation case even after quite a bit of time had already passed. The insurance company kept contacting me to tell me I was... through with any coverage for therapy and chiropractic services even though the pain and discomfort continued. It seemed to me that I should not be responsible for costs I incurred because of and accident that was not my fault. But in Idaho the legal system seems to favor the insurance companies over the victims. The insurance company's scare tactics intimidated me and caused me to discontinue treatment even when the pain continued. So I thought I was just going to have to live with it and at times pay for the treatment myself. To complicate things I sustained annother unrelated injury to my shoulder which did not change the pattern of pain I was experiencing in my back and neck but it was close to the time when I stopped and then re-started more treatment becuase they had pursuaded me that I could get no more support from them. Anyway it didn't look good on paper so it was quite a challenging case for them to take on. Even with these challenges, Brian and Michael were very proffessional and helpful. They were also very adept in getting me coverage for the medical treatment I needed. They took care of the communication and dealings with the insurance company and were able to settle my case in a way that covered not only my past medical expenses but also provide me with additional finacial means to cover future treatments. They were always very responsive, receptive and helpful to me. I recommend them highly.

Brian Webb has to be one of the most understanding and open lawyers I have had the pleasure to work with! I would like to state that he told me what most lawyers would want you to pay for, during a free consult. He recommended a cheaper course of action that he himself would not benefit from, ..."aka opening a small claims against the landlord, and if I couldn't win that way, we could appeal and hire him during the appealing case."
