I would NEVER recommend hiring this lawyer in a child custody battle. He is incompetent in that he blows off much of what you give him to use in court, he down plays your concerns, does not address issues that you repeatedly ask him to, does not keep you informed,  does not make sure you have a co...py of court minutes (you will again, have to do that on your own) is easily intimidated and will not stand up to certain judges and opposing lawyers.  He is very hard to reach when you need him,  is not willing to get in the ring to push and fight for you and you will have to do alot of the work yourself. My husband and I were extremely disappointed in him as he represented our niece.  We paid many of her lawyer fees and talked with him personally over the phone and in person. We never believed or felt that he was truly ON HER SIDE, representing her, and as a result,  we had to get another lawyer as he was a real deficit to her case.
