Steven Atwell Atkinson

I am an attorney licensed with the Idaho State Bar since 2016. I spent my first three years of practice in Northern Idaho where I met my wife. While there, I worked as an attorney practicing in the areas of Probate, Estate Planning, and Social Security disability. I later worked for two years as a Deputy Prosecutor in Nez Perce County. While working there, my wife and I had our first daughter. In late 2019, I had the chance to return to Eastern Idaho where I grew up and practice law with Breck Barton & Associates. Having worked on both sides of criminal cases, I know what arguments the State and the Court find most persuasive to get the best outcome I can for my clients.
