Frederick Joseph Hahn III

Mr. Hahn’s practice focuses primarily on the areas of construction law and litigation, government contracts and commercial litigation.  He has represented sureties, owners, general contractors, subcontractors, design professionals and materials suppliers in state and federal court construction litigation.  Mr. Hahn’s approach to litigation is grounded in the pragmatic resolution of problems.  Frequently, client disputes and litigations are grounded in the failure of the parties to adequately communicate and resolve disputes.  The goal in representing clients in litigation matters should be to find the reasonable resolution of disputes at the minimal cost to the clients.

Born and raised in Southeast Idaho, Mr. Hahn enjoys fly fishing, white water rafting, tennis, golf and alpine skiing.  He has coached a local alpine race team for nearly 20 years and enjoys spending time with his family hiking, camping and alpine skiing.
