Jared's litigation practice includes experience in a wide range of complex commercial litigation matters including contract disputes, business dissolution, employment discrimination, crop loss and other agribusiness related claims, professional malpractice, intellectual property infringement, racketeering and commercial fraud, commercial defamation, and construction defect and other real estate related disputes.

Jared's business practice is focused on supporting the industries upon which our regional economy is most dependent. His experience involves a broad range of business issues including compliance work for the health care industry, real estate transactions, non-profit and for profit entity formation, employment issues including non-compete agreements, and commercial contracts.
