Jeffery Wayne Banks

My experience with Mr. Banks demonstrates complete professionalism with high degrees of preparation and empathy. He has impressive knowledge surrounding his areas of law and expertise. Mr. Banks cared about me as a person (not a case or number). In short, he gets the job done, and done well! Mr. B...anks is a lawyer I can trust.

I paid him over $25,000 and didn’t see results. He was never very prepared and count remember things I had discussed with him. Couldn’t even remember my kids names in court. He messed up in court by not adding my two main witnesses as expert witnesses which made it so they couldn’t testify which d...estroyed my whole case....the only he said when it happened was “that’s my fault” but still makes me paid $1000 to the witnesses for their time and about $1000 in His time in preparation and time in court for those witnesses. It was a joke. I also asked him to do a reconsideration on several items the judge messed up on after his judgement came back. He only filed a reconsideration on one of the 5 times which ended up costing me time with my kids. My ex got more time with my kids because of his mistakes!!!!! He wouldn’t reimburse any money for an of his mistakes. Seemed like he was only for the money.

Jeff did little work when it came to my case. I would bring in information and he wouldn't know what I was talking about. He didn't stay up to date and took a long time to return calls. Receptionist is rude, and he makes excuses for it. Basically, he did the minimum he could get away with. He di...dn't fight for me in court, or try. I was very disappointed in his service.
