Biography
I handle personal injury cases and criminal cases only. My background as a trial lawyer allows me to serve these clients well, and I enjoy handling these types of cases. Browning Law is organized to assist these clients. We have a total of 3 attorneys working on these cases, with a team of 4 secretary/paralegals and assistance handling personal injury cases exclusively and two full-time secretaies assisting on criminal cases. A full time bookkeeper/Business Manager on staff organizes the financial information on each personal injury case and assists me in negotiating settlements for personal injury clients. Other staff members offer support in both of these case types.
I am very proud of all the people who work for me. These are competent, hard-working, motivated people that understand the importance of doing a great job for each client. At the same time, they are a joy to work with on a personal basis. My clients regularly tell me how much they appreciate the help they have received from my staff.

Extensive experience in trying personal injury cases before juries, and obtained the largest motor vehicle accident jury verdict in the history of eastern Idaho ($1,834,000). Many large out of court settlements including one for $1,000,. Numerous unanimous acquittals by juries, in cases of clients charged with misdemeanor and felony crimes. Over 100 Jury Trials.
