Joel Beck did an excellent job with the wrongful death lawsuit for my mother. He and the other members of his staff were very professional while also remaining very personable. Mr Beck took the time to explain the details to me and help me understand the laws and procedures we were dealing with. I... always felt he was doing all he could to help us resolve the case. When things got discouraging he kept pushing through and encouraging us not to give up. While we were in the middle of the mediation Mr Beck and his partner James Ruchti were very patient with my brother and I while being aggressive with the other attorney. They did all they could to get the best outcome for us. Mr Beck honored our desire to resolve the case out of court even though he knew more money could be retrieved if it went to court. He did a great job and I would highly recommend him.
