A double trailer commercial truck was travelling at a high rate of speed down IH-35 near Waco. The truck hit a compact car driven by a man on his way to work who was attempting to get over to the shou ... lder of the freeway. The impact caused the truck to jackknife and sent the small car tumbling down the freeway where it came to rest on its roof and became engulfed in flames. Rescue efforts were unsuccessful and the driver perished. Dennis Postiglione represented the surviving spouse and children and successfully obtained a large settlement on their behalf.
